AN ACT to amend the Zoological Gardens Act, 1972.

[Assented to 21st August, 1978.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Zoological	Short title
and citation.

Gardens Act Amendment Act, 1978.

(2) In this Act the Zoological Gardens Act, 1972

is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may

be cited as the Zoological Gardens Act, 1972-1978.

Schedule 2. The principal Act is amended by deleting the

substituted

Second Schedule and substituting a schedule as

follows

Class "A" Reserve No. 8581	comprising
Perth Suburban Lot 438. Area	5 476 square
metres.

Perth Suburban Lot 427 containing 1 012 square metres or thereabouts being the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title Volume 249 Folium 165. .
