Zollo & Anor v Polley

Case

[2022] HCASL 72

ZOLLO & ANOR

v

POLLEY & ORS

[2022] HCASL 72
A45/2021

  1. An extension of time is necessary to enable this application for special leave to appeal to proceed. The application for special leave does not show that the foreshadowed appeal would turn upon the resolution of an issue of principle of general importance; and indeed, it does not identify any reason to doubt the correctness of the decision of the Full Court of the Supreme Court of South Australia. The application should be dismissed. That being so, it would be futile to grant an extension of time.

  2. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
