1. The applicant seeks an extension of time in which to apply for special leave to appeal against a judgment of the Federal Court of Australia (Logan J), affirming judgments of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Div 2) (Judge Vasta).

2. The application has insufficient prospects of success to warrant a grant of special leave to appeal. Accordingly, it would be futile to grant the extension of time sought.
