AN ACT to repeal the Youth, Sport and Recreation

Act 1978.

[Assented to 24 October 1984.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Youth, Sport and Short title.

Recreation Repeal Act 1984.

2. The Youth, Sport and Recreation Act 1978 is Repeat.
