The Parliament of Queensland enacts—
1 Short title
This Act may be cited as the Youth Justice (Monitoring Devices) Amendment Act 2025.
2 Act amended
This Act amends the Youth Justice Act 1992.
3 Amendment of s 52AA (Court may impose monitoring device condition)
Section 52AA(10), ‘4 years’—
omit, insert—5 years
