I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Youth Justice Act 1997 .21 November 2022

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Youth Justice Amendment Regulations 2022. 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on 1 December 2022. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Youth Justice Regulations 2019 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Youth Justice Regulations 2019.
