Youth Justice Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Youth Justice Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Youth Justice Regulation 2003 . 3 Insertion of new pt 3AA After section 9— insert— Part 3AA Prescribed areas for boot camp (vehicle offences) orders 9AA Prescribed area—Act, s 206A(1)(d) For section 206A(1)(d) of the Act, the local government area of the Townsville City Council is prescribed. Notes — 1 The Local Government Regulation 2012, section 6(6), provides that each local government must ensure that a copy of its area map can be inspected by the public at the local government’s public office. 2 Local government electorate maps are also available on the Electoral Commission Queensland’s website < 4 Amendment of s 9A (Prescribed areas—Act, s 226C(2)(a)) (1) Section 9A, ‘the following areas are prescribed’— omit, insert — the local government areas of the following local governments are prescribed Page 2 2014 SL No. 37
