Youth Justice Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Youth Justice Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 30 September 2013. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Youth Justice Regulation 2003. 4 Replacement of s 9A (Prescribed areas—Act, s 266C(2)(a)) Section 9A— omit , insert — 9A Prescribed areas—Act, s 226C(2)(a) For section 226C(2)(a) of the Act, the following areas are prescribed— (a) the Burdekin Shire Council; (b) the Cairns Regional Council; (c) the Cassowary Coast Regional Council; (d) the Charters Towers Regional Council; (e) the Flinders Shire Council; (f) the Hinchinbrook Shire Council; (g) the Palm Island Aboriginal Shire Council; (h) divisions 3 to 8 of the area of Tablelands Regional Council; (i) the Townsville City Council; (j) the Yarrabah Aboriginal Shire Council.
