1. This application seeks an order for removal from the Supreme Court of New South Wales under s 40 of the Judiciary Act1903 (Cth) of causes said to be pending in the Supreme Court of New South Wales. It is not appropriate in this matter to fragment the ordinary judicial process by an order for removal.

2. Pursuant to r 26.07.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.
