Application for approval of the Australian Pacific College (Teachers) Agreement 2010.

[1] An application has been made, pursuant to s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009, seeking the approval of an enterprise agreement titled the Australian Pacific College (Teachers) Agreement 2010.

[2] Further to proceedings on 13 May 2010, Mr J Hanrahan, solicitor, today submitted he had been instructed by his client to withdraw the application for approval, given certain issues concerning the pre-approval steps.

[3] In the circumstances, the proceedings are concluded.
