Application for approval of the Australian Pacific College (Teachers) Agreement 2013.
The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 21 February 2014 [2014] FWCA 1339, is corrected as follows:
1. By deleting the last sentence of paragraph [2] and inserting the following:
“Further, I also note, as the Agreement does not contain a complying consultation term, the model consultation term is taken to be a term of the Agreement.”
