His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Young Offenders Act 1997.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to prescribe as authorised officers for the purposes of section 66 (Disclosure of records) of the Young Offenders Act 1997 a Project Manager or a Project Officer employed by the Department of Attorney General and Justice in connection with the conduct of the Department’s Youth on Track scheme.

This Regulation is made under the Young Offenders Act 1997, including section 73 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Young Offenders Amendment (Youth on Track)
Regulation 2013.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the
NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Young Offenders Regulation 2010

Clause 16 Authorised officers

Insert after clause 16 (d):

(d1) a Project Manager or Project Officer performing duties in connection with the Department’s Youth on Track scheme,
