I, the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure, make the following local environmental plan under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Young Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 6).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies

| (a) | 10 Geegullalong Road (former Sacred Heart Catholic Church), |
| (b) | 1709 Geegullalong Road (former Murringo Catholic School), |
| (c) | 1717 Geegullalong Road (former Sacred Heart Convent), |
| (d) | 2741 Murringo Road (Murringo General Cemetery). |
| (2) | To the extent that this Plan rezones land and adjusts the lot size controls for the land, this Plan applies to Lot 3, DP 251891 (69 Milly Milly Lane, Burrangong, adjacent to the Burrangong Racecourse) and certain land in the vicinity of the Young Sewage Treatment Plant. |
| (3) | To the extent that this Plan permits caravan parks with development consent, this Plan applies to all land in Zone RU5 Village under Young Local Environmental Plan 2010. |
