AN ACT to enable the purpose of Reserve.

York Town Lot 211, to be changed,

and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this presentF E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty. by and

with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council Parliament assembled, and by the authorit y of the same, as follows:—

1. The Reserve known as York Town Lot 211 vested by Crown Change of purpose

Grant dated the 27th day of December, 1883, in the Council and of Reserve, York	Town Lot 211.
Burgesses of the Town of York upon trust for the recreation of the inhabitants of the said Town, shall henceforth be held by the Muni- cipality of York in trust for municipal purposes generally.
