Application for determination of a designated award.

[1] An application has been made pursuant to Schedule 7, Item 7 of the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009, by Yooralla, for a determination of a designated award for the purposes of the no-disadvantage test.

[2] I determine that the Health and Allied Services – Private Sector – Victorian Consolidated Award 1998 1 is the designated award for the relevant group of employees.
