1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Yass Valley Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 4).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 27782 Hume Highway, Bowning, being part of Lots 16 and 18, DP 246891 and part of Lot 172, DP 649063.

4 Amendment of Yass Valley Local Environmental Plan 2013

(1) Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Omit “(When this Plan was made this Schedule was blank)”. Insert instead:

1      Use of certain land at 27782 Hume Highway, Bowning

This clause applies to land at 27782 Hume Highway, Bowning, being part of Lots 16 and 18, DP 246891 and part of Lot 172, DP 649063, identified as “1” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2)

Development for the purpose of a highway service centre is permitted

with development consent.
