1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Yarrowlumla Local Environmental Plan 2002 (Amendment

No 11).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land situated in the local government area of Cooma-Monaro, being Lot 1, DP 790570, Ryrie Street, Michelago, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “2 (v)” on the map marked “Yarrowlumla Local Environmental Plan 2002 (Amendment No 11)” deposited in the office of Cooma-Monaro Shire Council.
