1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Yarrowlumla Local Environmental Plan 2002 (Amendment

No 10).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to certain land situated in the local government area of Palerang, being lot 276, DP 754915, 462 Bungendore Road, Bungendore, Parish of Wamboin.

4 Amendment of Yarrowlumla Local Environmental Plan 2002

Schedule 9 Development for additional purposes
