1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wyong Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 28).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land to which Wyong Local Environmental Plan 2013 applies.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Wyong Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

5      Amendment of Wyong Local Environmental Plan 2013

(1) Land Use Table

Insert “Vehicle repair stations;” in appropriate order in item 4 of the matter relating to Zone B7 Business Park.

(2)	Clause 4.1B Exceptions to minimum lot sizes for certain residential development
Insert after clause 4.1B(4)—

(4A) Development consent may be granted to the subdivision of land on which a dual occupancy had been lawfully erected to create 2 lots of a size that is less than the minimum size shown on the Lot Size Map in relation to that land.
