1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wyong Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 27).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at The Entrance:

(a)	6 Ashton Avenue (Lot 50, Section 2, DP 14230),
(b)	8 Ashton Avenue (Lot 49, Section 2, DP 14230),
(c)	15A Ashton Avenue (Lots 3A and 3B, DP 388421),
(d)	17 Ashton Avenue (Lot 33, Section 2, DP 14230),
(e)	19 Ashton Avenue (Lot 34, Section 2, DP 14230),
(f)	21 Ashton Avenue (Lot 35, Section 2, DP 14230),
(g)	66 Oakland Avenue (Lot 51, Section 2, DP 14230).

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Wyong Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
