Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Wyong Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 25).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to Lot 6, DP 22914, 8 Warrigal Street, The Entrance.
4 Maps
The maps adopted by Wyong Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
5 Amendment of Wyong Local Environmental Plan 2013

Omit “Wyong” from clause 1.2 (1).
Insert instead “that part of the Central Coast local government area to which this Plan applies (in this Plan referred to as Wyong)”.

| (1) | This clause applies to land identified as “Item 32” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map, being Lot 6, DP 22914. |
| (2) | Development for the purpose of a residential flat building is permitted with development consent. |

| Omit the definition of Council. Insert instead: |
