1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wyong Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 20).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land formerly known as the Tuggerah Pioneer Dairy site, South

Tacoma Road and Lake Road, Tuggerah.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Wyong Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

5      Amendment of Wyong Local Environmental Plan 2013

(1) Schedule 5 Environmental heritage

Insert “(former)” after “Tuggerah Pioneer Dairy” in the matter relating to item I103 in Part 1.

Omit “2–70 Lake Road (off Bryant Drive)”.

Insert instead “1897 South Tacoma Road”.
