1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wyong Local Environmental Plan 1991 (Amendment No 191).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 1, DP 121890 and Lot 1, DP 122040, 20–22 Gallipoli Road, Long Jetty, as shown edged heavy black, lettered “5 (a)” and identified as “Special Uses (RSL Carparking)” on the map marked “Wyong Local Environmental Plan 1991 (Amendment No 191)” deposited in the office of Wyong Shire Council.
