This Plan is Wyong Local Environmental Plan 1991 (Amendment

No 188).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 23, DP 1159704, 76 Berkeley Road, Fountaindale, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “7 (a)” and “7 (c)” on the map marked “Wyong Local Environmental Plan 1991 (Amendment No 188)” deposited in the office of Wyong Shire Council.
