1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wyong Local Environmental Plan 1991 (Amendment No 185).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to certain land at Summerland Point, being part of Lot 1, DP 1074218 (part of 159 Yeramba Road) and part of Lot 2, DP 1005467 (part of 165 Yeramba Road), as shown edged heavy black and lettered “2 (a)” on the map marked “Wyong Local Environmental Plan 1991 (Amendment No 185)” deposited in the office of Wyong Shire Council.
