1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wyong Local Environmental Plan 1991 (Amendment

No 181).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to all land within Zone No 4 (a) (General Industrial

Zone) under Wyong Local Environmental Plan 1991.

Clause 10 Zone objectives and development control table

Omit “plant hire establishments;” from item 4 of the matter relating to

Zone No 4 (a) (General Industrial Zone) in the Table to the clause.
