1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wyong Local Environmental Plan 1991 (Amendment

No 180).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 21, DP 654119 and Lots 24 and 25, DP 25373,

1 Bryant Drive, Tuggerah.

Schedule 2 Development for certain additional purposes

Insert at the end of the Schedule:

Lot 21, DP 654119 and Lots 24 and 25, DP 25373, 1 Bryant Drive, Tuggerah—commercial premises, but only if the total gross floor area of the development does not exceed 3,500 square metres.
