I, the Minister for Planning, make the following local environmental plan under the

1      Name of plan

This plan is Wyong Local Environmental Plan 1991 (Amendment

No 175).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to amend Wyong Local Environmental Plan 1991 so as:

(a)	to rezone part of the land to which this plan applies to assist with the implementation of the Wyong/Tuggerah Planning Strategy, and
(b)	to rezone part of the land to which this plan applies to rectify a zoning anomaly, and
(c)	to include 3 properties as heritage items, and
(d)	to revise the significance or description (or both the significance and description, as the case applies) of 2 existing heritage items.

3      Land to which plan applies

(1)	In respect of the aim referred to in clause 2 (a), this plan applies to Lot 4, DP 659489, Rankens Court, Wyong and Lots 1–4, Section 7, DP 3136, Margaret Street, Wyong, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “3 (a)” on Sheets 1 and 2, respectively, of the map marked “Wyong Local Environmental Plan 1991 (Amendment No 175)” (the amending map) deposited in the office of Wyong Shire Council.
(2)	In respect of the aim referred to in clause 2 (b), this plan applies to part of Lot 1, DP 134363, Geoffrey Road, Chittaway Point, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “2 (a)” on Sheet 3 of the amending map.
(3)	In respect of the aim referred to in clause 2 (c), this plan applies to Lot 11, DP 1091396, Ruttleys Road, Mannering Park, Lot 366, DP 755263, Ocean Parade, The Entrance, Lots 31–33, DP 5019, Lots 12–16, DP 255532 and Lot 7, DP 21462, Alison Road, Wyong, as shown edged heavy black and numbered “94”, “95” and “96”,

respectively, on the map marked “Wyong Local Environmental Plan 1991—Heritage (Amendment No 175)” deposited in the office of Wyong Shire Council.

(4) In respect of the aim referred to in clause 2 (d), this plan applies to Lots 1–4, DP 847750, Bush Street, Norah Head, Lot 7006, DP 1021292 and Lot 12, DP 613900, Yarramalong Road, Yarramalong.
