1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wyong Local Environmental Plan 1991 (Amendment

No 172).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 51 and part of Lot 52, DP 1154778, Bay Village Road, Bateau Bay, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “3 (b)” on the map marked “Wyong Local Environmental Plan 1991 (Amendment No 172)” deposited in the office of Wyong Shire Council.
