I, Michael Bullen, Acting Deputy Director General Water, having delegated authority,

in pursuance of section 71Z(1)(c) of the Water Management Act 2000, make the

following order.

This Order commences on the day on which it is signed.

Explanatory note

This Order is made under section 71Z(1)(c) of the Water Management Act 2000. The

object of this Order is to establish a conversion factor applicable to an access licence

granted in these water sources as a result of a dealing under section 71O of the

Water Management Act 2000.

1 Name of Order

This Order is the Wybong Creek Water Source Access Licence Conversion Factor

Order 2014.

2 Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is signed.

3 Interpretation

In this Order:

Wybong Creek WSP means the Water Sharing Plan for the Wybong Creek Water

Source 2003.

4 Access Licence Conversion Factor

This Order establishes a conversion factor of 1.0 to be applied to the share

component of an unregulated river access licence with a share component that

specifies a water source in the Wybong Creek WSP if it is converted to an aquifer

access licence in accordance with clause 62(2)(b) of the Wybong Creek WSP as a

result of a dealing under section 71O of the Water Management Act 2000.

This conversion factor only applies if the dealing:

(1) is made in accordance with the rules in clause 62 of the Wybong Creek WSP,
and
(2) does not adversely affect environmental water, basic landholder rights, or the
reliability of supply to other access licences subject to the Wybong Creek
WSP.
