1. The applicant seeks special leave to appeal against the whole of a judgment of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Western Australia (Buss P, Vaughan and Hall JJA), dismissing an appeal from a decision of a single judge of the Supreme Court of Western Australia (Le Miere J).

2. There is no reason to doubt the correctness of the decision of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Western Australia. Moreover, the proposed appeal does not raise a question of public importance.

3. Special leave to appeal is refused with costs.
