An Act to amend The Wreck Act, 1887.'

HEREAS it is expedient to amend The Wreck Act, 1887 ' :

Bo it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of

W Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :—

The Wreck Act, 1889

Short title 1. This Act may be cited for all purposes as The Wreck Act,

1889.'

Amendment of

the third section 2. The third section of The Wreck Act, 1887,' shall be and is `Provided also that no investigation shall be held in respect of a casualty (other than a collision with a British ship) happen-
