Application for approval of the Wormald Portable Service and Sales Adelaide SA Enterprise Agreement 2025 - 2028
An application has been made for approval of an enterprise agreement known as the Wormald Portable Service and Sales Adelaide SA Enterprise Agreement 2025 – 2028 (the Agreement). The application was made pursuant to s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act). It has been made by Wormald Australia Pty Ltd (Wormald). The Agreement is a single enterprise agreement.
Workplace Delegates Rights
As the Agreement does not contain a workplace delegates rights term, pursuant to s 205A(2) of the Act, the workplace delegates’ rights term prescribed by clause 40A of the Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award 2020 is taken to be a term of the Agreement.
Consideration
On the basis of the material provided in support of the application, I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187, 188 and 190 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
The Agreement is approved. While it provides that it will apply from the date of approval by the Commission, in accordance with s.54 of the Act it will operate 7 days after approval.
