World Heritage Properties Conservation Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)

GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of
the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the
Date 28 April 1988.

“3b. (1) In this regulation:
‘relevant property’ means the property described in Schedule 2a;
‘road’ means any road or vehicular track in a part of the relevant property within the Parish of Garioch or the Parish of Dulanban that, whether alone or in conjunction with any other road or vehicular track that, when this regulation commences, has been, or is being, constructed or established in or outside the relevant property, would connect the Captain Cook Highway and the Peninsula Developmental Road.

“(2) For the purposes of subsection 9 (1) of the Act, each of the following acts is prescribed in relation to the relevant property:
(a) constructing, establishing, or continuing to construct or establish, a road;
(b) carrying out work preparatory to an act referred to in paragraph (a);
(c) carrying out work associated with an act referred to in paragraph (a).”.
