Workplace Relations Amendment (Work Choices) Act 2005

I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 2 (1) of the Workplace Relations Amendment (Work Choices) Act 2005, fix 27 March 2006 as the day on which Schedules 1, 2 and 5 to that Act commence.
