1Name of Regulations

 These Regulations are the Workplace Relations Amendment Regulations 1999 (No. 6).

2Commencement

 These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3Amendment of Workplace Relations Regulations 1996

Schedule 1 amends the Workplace Relations Regulations 1996.

    Determination No. 1 (Determination of Remuneration and Allowances and Terms and Conditions of Service of Deputy Commissioners of Police), made under sections 17 and 20 of the Australian Federal Police Act 1979, to the extent that it relates to an entitlement to an adjustment payment;

  • (v)

    all determinations made under subsection 26E (1) or (1A) of the Australian Federal Police Act 1979;

  • (vi)

    Determination No. 5 (Determination of Adjustment Payment for Members and Staff Members), made under section 30 of the Australian Federal Police Act 1979, to the extent that it relates to an entitlement to an adjustment payment;

  • (vii)

    Determination No. 2 (Determination of Terms and Conditions of Service of the Senior Executive Service), made under section 30 of the Australian Federal Police Act 1979, to the extent that it relates to an entitlement to an adjustment payment; and

subparagraph (a) (iii).

subparagraphs (a) (iii) to (vii) (inclusive).

    For subparagraphs (1) (a) (iv), (vi) and (vii):

adjustment payment has the same meaning as in subsection 4 (1) of the Australian Federal Police Act 1979.
