1Name of regulations

 These regulations are the Workplace Relations Amendment Regulations 1998 (No. 3).

2Commencement

 These regulations commence as follows:

• (a)

  regulations 1, 2 and 3 and Schedule 1 — on gazettal;

• (b)

  Schedule 2 — on 1 January 1999.
