Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Amendment (Self-Insurer Contributions) Regulations 2020

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Regulations 2014 to correct references to the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 in the formula for determining contributions payable by self-insurers into the WorkCover Authority Fund.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 620 of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013.

3Contributions by self-insurers

In regulation 14(2) of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Regulations 2014[1]—

(a)for "section 513(5)(b) and (f)" substitute "section 513(5)(c) and (g)";

(b)for "section 513(5)(b) of" substitute "section 513(5)(c) of";

(c)for "section 513(5)(c)" substitute "section 513(5)(d)";

(d)for "section 513(5)(e)" substitute "section 513(5)(f)";

(e)for "section 513(5)(f)" substitute "section 513(5)(g)";

(f)for "section 513(5)(k)" substitute "section 513(5)(l)".
