2 Workplace Health and Safety (Repeal of Exemptions) No. 360, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This notice may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety (Repeal of Exemptions) Notice 1992 . ˙ Repeal 2. The following instruments published in the Industrial Gazette are repealed— (a) the notices, published on 29 July 1989 at page 721, that exempt persons from compliance with the following sections of the Workplace Health and Safety Regulation 1989 — (i) section 13; (ii) section 66(3); (b) the notices, published on 27 January 1990 at page 165, that exempt persons from compliance with the following sections of the Workplace Health and Safety Regulation 1989 — (i) section 13; (ii) section 60; (iii) section 66; (iv) section 66(2) and (3); (c) the notice, published on 17 February 1990 at page 324, that exempts persons from payment of a prescribed fee under the following sections of the WorkplaceHealthandSafetyRegulation 1989 — (i) section 24(2)(a); (ii) section 27(2); (d) the notice, published on 18 August 1990 at page 926, that exempts persons from section 146 of the Workplace Health andSafety Regulation 1989 ; (e) the Personal Protective Clothing and Equipment Exemption Notice 1992 .
