s1 2 s3 Workplace Health and Safety (Postponement) Regulation 2006 No. 260, 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety (Postponement) Regulation 2006 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 30 June 2007. 1 (2) In this section— postponed law means the provisions of the Workers’Compensation and Rehabilitation and Other Acts AmendmentAct 2005 that are not in force. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 2 July 2007.
