2 Workplace Health and Safety (Lifts) No. 361, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This notice may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety (Lifts) Notice 1992 . ˙ Exemption from regulation 2.(1) The owner of a lift installed in a private residence is exempted from section 7(1) of the Workplace Health and Safety Regulation 1989 , so far as it requires the payment of a fee for registration, or renewal of registration, of the lift as specified plant.
