This notice may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety Legislation Amendment Notice (No. 2) 1999 . ˙ Commencement 2. This notice commences on 1 February 2000. PART 2—AMENDMENT OF WORKPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY (ADVISORY STANDARDS) NOTICE 1998 ˙ Notice amended in pt 2 3. This part amends the Workplace Health and Safety (Advisory Standards) Notice 1998 . ˙ Amendment of schedule (Advisory standards) 4. Schedule— insert — ‘Workplace Health and Safety Risk Management Advisory Standard 2000 (expires 5 years after its commencement on 1 February 2000) 1 ’. 1 The Workplace Health and Safety Risk Management Advisory Standard 2000 includes supplement no. 1 (Personal protective equipment) and supplement no. 2 (Training).
