s1 2 s5 Workplace Health and Safety Legislation Amendment No. 182, 2004 Notice (No. 1) 2004 Part 1 Preliminarys 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety Legislation Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2004 . 2 Commencement (1) Part 2, other than section 5(2), and part 3 commence on 10 September 2004. (2) Section 5(2) commences on 2 October 2004. Part 2 Amendment of Workplace Health and Safety (Advisory Standards) Notice 1998 3 Notice amended in pt 2 This notice amends the Workplace Health and Safety (Advisory Standards) Notice 1998. 4 Amendment of s 3 (Making advisory standards—sch 1) Section 3(1), ‘standards.’ and footnote— omit, insert— ‘standards. 1 ’. 5 Amendment of sch 1 (Advisory standards) (1) Schedule 1, entries for the following advisory standards— 1 The advisory standards are available on the department’s website at or may be purchased from Goprint, 371 Vulture Street, Woolloongabba, 4102.
