s1 2 s4 Workplace Health and Safety (Industry Codes of No. 178, 2001 Practice) Amendment Notice (No. 3) 2001 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety (Industry Codes of Practice) Amendment Notice (No. 3) 2001 . 2 Notice amended This notice amends the Workplace Health and Safety (Industry Codes of Practice) Notice 1999. 3 Insertion of new s 2A After section 2— insert — ‘2A Future commencement of Recreational Technical Diving code of practice ‘ (1) The Industry Code of Practice for Recreational Technical Diving 2002 commences on 1 February 2002. ‘ (2) This section expires on 2 February 2002.’. 4 Amendment of schedule (Industry codes of practice) Schedule— insert — ‘Industry Code of Practice for Recreational Technical Diving 2002 (expires 5 years after its commencement on 1 February 2002)’.
