s1 2 s4 Workplace Health and Safety (Industry Codes of No. 113, 2004 Practice) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2004 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety (Industry Codes of Practice) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2004 . 2 Commencement This notice commences on 1 July 2004. 3 Notice amended This notice amends the Workplace Health and Safety (Industry Codes of Practice) Notice 1999. 4 Amendment of sch 1 (Industry codes of practice) Schedule 1, entries for Abrasive Blasting Industry Code of Practice 1999 and Foundry Industry Code of Practice 1999— omit, insert— ‘Abrasive Blasting Industry Code of Practice 2004 (expires 5 years after its commencement on 1 July 2004) Foundry Industry Code of Practice 2004 (expires 5 years after its commencement on 1 July 2004)’.
