s1 2 s5 Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) No. 335, 2005 Amendment Notice (No. 4) 2005 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Amendment Notice (No. 4) 2005 . 2 Commencement This notice commences on 1 January 2006. 3 Notice amended This notice amends the Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Notice 2005. 4 Insertion of new s 6A Before section 7— insert— ‘6A Notice of repeal of Asbestos Advisory Standard 2004 ‘(1) The Asbestos Advisory Standard 2004, as continued in force as a code of practice under section 190 of the Act, is repealed. ‘(2) This section expires the day after it commences.’. 5 Amendment of schedule (Codes of practice) Schedule, part 3, entry for the Asbestos Advisory Standard 2004— omit .
