s1 2 s5 Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) No. 201, 2005 Amendment Notice (No. 3) 2005 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Amendment Notice (No. 3) 2005 . 2 Commencement This notice commences on 1 January 2006. 3 Notice amended This notice amends the Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Notice 2005. 4 Insertion of new s 6 After section 5— insert— ‘6 Notice of repeal of code of practice ‘(1) The Formwork Advisory Standard 2004, as continued in force as a code of practice under section 190 of the Act, is repealed. ‘(2) This section expires 3 months after it commences.’. 5 Amendment of schedule (Codes of practice) (1) Schedule, part 1— insert— ‘Formwork Code of Practice 2006 1 January 2006’. (2) Schedule, part 3, entry for the Formwork Advisory Standard 2004— omit.
