Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2011 . 2 Commencement This notice commences at the end of 31 December 2011. 3 Notice amended This notice amends the Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Notice 2005. 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Repealed codes of practice) Schedule 3— insert — ‘6 Codes of practice repealed by Workplace Health and Safety Repeal of Code of Practice Notice (No. 2) 2011 ‘The following codes of practice have been repealed by the Workplace Health and Safety Repeal of Code of Practice Notice (No. 2) 2011— (a) the Manual Tasks Code of Practice 2010; (b) the Noise Advisory Standard 2004, as continued in force as a code of practice under section 190 of the Act; (c) the Recreational Diving, Recreational Technical Diving and Snorkelling Code of Practice 2010; (d) the Risk Management Code of Practice 2007.
