Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2009 . 2 Notice amended This notice amends the Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Notice 2005. 3 Amendment of sch 1 (Codes of practice) Schedule 1, part 3, entry for the Industry Code of Practice for the Storage and Use of Chemicals at Rural Workplaces 2000— omit . 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Repealed codes of practice) (1) Schedule 3, section 1, at the end— insert— ‘ Editor’s note — The Workplace Health and Safety Repeal of Code of Practice Notice (No. 1) 2009 commenced on 3 July 2009.’. (2) Schedule 3, after section 1— insert — ‘2 Code of practice repealed by the Workplace Health and Safety Repeal of Code of Practice Notice (No. 2) 2009 ‘The Industry Code of Practice for the Storage and Use of Chemicals at Rural Workplaces 2000, as continued in force as a code of practice under section 191 of the Act, has been repealed by the Workplace Health and Safety Repeal of Code of Practice Notice (No. 2) 2009.’.
