Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2008 . 2 Notice amended This notice amends the Workplace Health and Safety (Codes of Practice) Notice 2005 . 3 Replacement of ss 5A and 7 Sections 5A and 7— omit, insert— ‘6 Notice of amendment of code of practice, and of making of amending instrument—Act, s 41(2) ‘(1) Schedule 2 lists each code of practice that has been amended. ‘(2) The instrument that under schedule 2 amends the code of practice has been made.’. 4 Amendment of sch 2 (Amended codes of practice) (1) Schedule 2, heading, ‘section 5A’— omit, insert — ‘section 6’.
